Phephela Elangeni (Pty) Ltd is initially focusing on the construction industry-related services with plans to grow from CIDB grade 5CE to grade 8 /9 with a full construction plant and diversify into full property development in a commercial sector. The company has gained a lot of experience as it has worked under sub-contracting terms and was mentored by WBHO Civils and WBHO Building, Motheo Cornubia Project, Brent Civils Foundry Park as well as the Reed Simpson Shell Garage Project

Phephela Group is part of Green Building 2021 Green Star Cohorts as well as Green Building 2022 EDGE Cohorts.

Our main focus as a company is to make sure that buildings are performing in the green built space. Our key focus is as follows:

FINANCIAL

Ensure that the business keeps proper books of account. The financial statement shall be prepared at least once a year, in accordance with industry norms, and shall reflect the affairs of the business. Books of accounts and financial statements shall be audited and certified by an independent charted accountant (Steward Sim-Cock) and us SARS compliant as well CIPC accredited annually.
