As a diversified entity, Phephela Security Services provides security services for office parks, industrial sites, estates, retail, Casinos, and National Key Points. We are willing and able to handle any assignment, from a single security guard to fully armed squad teams.

Phephela Security is an ED Partner with Fidelity Security in Cornubia Mall from October 2019 to 0ctober 2020. Phephela Security Services is part of Property Point Enterprise Development and as such, innovation and technology are key parts of its security services.

To meet all deadlines on time and in full, and where possible in advance. The company is available for small contracts using one or two guards; sites; small offices and other commercial and industrial parks. We endeavor to secure the majority of our contracts directly.

Smart Cameras with face and movement recognition are the future; biometrics technology, drone cameras, and monitoring will ultimately replace current human resources and we are equipped to occupy that space.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Drawing on his extensive experience, qualifications, and skillset, Mr. Sifiso Shezi founded Phephela Elangeni (Pty) Ltd 12 years ago. Under his leadership as Managing Director, the business has experienced exponential growth. This comes after a background of working in the Adhesives and Coatings industry for nine years with Qualichem/ Genkem, including a two-year contract with LIVClean as Operations Manager at Cornubia Mall.
